SHORT WEEK I am highly excited about my upcoming next week, I am in fact leaving for a couple of days to visit Lisbon. I have never been in Portugal and can't wait to discover this new place, especially when I know that the temperature will be no less than 25 degree there while in Swiss in will get down until 3 degree in the morning. It is always such a pleasure to travel, get to know a new culture and meet new people, travelling must be one of the greatest things.
Here are some goodies especially for this gray and cold temperature, it is actually surprising that there is no food pictures : it has been a while my my. Next time I will defininetly think about taking some shots of all the tasty discoveries during my week. I guess that I simply dind't have time to get to know new food during this working week, no time to eat in new places unfortunatly, I am trully looking forward to fall holidays. I wish a pleasant week-end to you all.

I'm from Portugal and I just know you gonna love the food in Lisbon...and the weather it's really nice, so i guess it's gonna be a sweet change from the cold weather in Swiss. Next time you must visit Porto, that it's a city 2 hours from Lisbon ( that's were I'm from :) ). HI, i'm from Portugal, and it's been some crazy hot days.. this year it rained pretty much all summer, even in August, but since september started, it's been 25 to 30ºC !! I hope you enjoy Lisbon, it is an amazing city. If you have time please visit Sintra, it's 15 to 20 minutes by car from Lisbon and is such an amazing and romantic place, it is full of palaces and gardens to visit.
And i was almost forgetting, do not leave without trying a "PASTEL DE BELÉM" , it's sort of a mini cake, i don't know how to say it in english, they ar every common but these ones in Lisbon are unique i flavour!!
I'm from Oporto in the north and whenever i went to lisbon i bring tons of them :P
