ARMANI FRANGANCE PRESENTATION

Pictures by JAMES VYN
NACRE This is going to be a long post, but it means I have got a lot to show you, which is I think is quite a good thing isn't it? A couple of days ago, James and I were invited in Zürich to discover the new Armani Privé frangance ''Nacre''. I have always loved the Armani scents and of course I was thrilled to discover en avant-première the new mysterious juice. We arrived at the Renaissance hotel and were welcomed by the lovely Margharita who introduced us a bit to the perfume and brought us to the Armani suite where an Armani frangance expert was about to give us a little frangance lesson. The Armani Privé line was born in 2004, made of a line of exclusif perfumes. The key is the the ingredients, the notes are more subtle and the frangances are made of pure essentials, no more than 6 luxurious notes, less is more. For the second time, Armani Privé is launching a new haute couture perfume which is a special edition, meaning that there will be only 1000 bottles. Inspired by the last Armani fashion show, the frangance plays around the elegance and beauty of the mother-of-pearl. Inspired by the light and the ocean, Giorgio Armani created a frangance which suggest the evasion. When I first smelled the perfume, I instantly saw a woman, a modern mermaid with her long lace dress covered in pearls, I saw the sea and felt the breeze. The main notes are the Iris and Musc, which makes it a very light and feminin frangance. What also amazed me, is the fact that the bottle is entirely hand-made, this adds a very authentic and unique aspect to the creation. The perfume will be released during the month of June, I was so happy to get a little sample of it and will keep it religiously in my make-up box.

The weather in Zürich was phenomenal, I had to wear an outfit that screams spring. I just got these amazing pants from Minusey, and I am entirely and endlessly in love. The print is perfect and the shape is so comfortable. I paired them to my new shows from Zara, which I think are my must have for this spring ( I can already sense that I'll wear them all the time). A white t-shirt, plus white blazer matched to a royal blue Vince Camutto clutch and a Minusey necklace. After the Armani presentation, James and I went to Hiltl, an incredible vegeterian food buffet where we had a little healthy meal. Too much healthy isn't good for health, so I decided to grow a bit of tummy with some Sprüngli macarons, and don't regret it. Yum yum.

SKIN CARE VIDEO

VLOG Here it is finally! A lot of you have been asking me about my skin care, what products do I use and how do I do to manage having clear skin. Even though of course luckily we have make-up and photoshop (oh sweet power of artifice), I try to take good care of my skin and that first of all, not with the products I use but especially with my lifestyle. Eating healthy food, sleeping and spending time outside at fresh air will have a huge incidence on the way your skin looks like and as well on how your body does too. However I know how difficult it can be, especially between the age of 14-25 having a flawless skin tone. That's why good products can really help.

I have heard about the Clinic three step from a lot of people, and it really helped me out with my skin issues. By adapting the three step program to my skin, I beneficiate of a perfect range of skin products perfectly suited to my needs. What is also quite nice about it is that you can buy sample sizes, just to try out the three step and see if it fits your skin type, I know it cost a lot so it's better to try out before buying the regular sizes which are pricy. Another thing which you should be aware of, is the foundation you use, if you have oily skin try to find an oil free foundation or your skin will get damaged even if you use the right skin care products. For dry skin, don't make it even dryer with too much powder. If you have any other questions please let me know, it would be a pleasure for me to share with you my personal tips!

ROMANTIC AND COMFORTABLE

SPRING AND BLOSSOMS Sometimes after school it's so nice to hang around in a parc, take some time for a walk and just breath the fresh air. Feels so good after sitting the whole day in a class room. I had a lot of fun during my lunch break, I took my time to savour the suddenly sunny weather and took the advantage of the free time to make a couple of pictures. Lately, I really enjoyed wearing casual and comfortable outfits. What is interesting about simple compositions is how to embelish them with nice and subtle details, necklaces, earring, shoes or bag, you name it. I picked out two H&M necklaces that I had a big crush on to match my outfit and I think they add that little touch of originality that was missing to this over-simple look. Also just got this new bag from Romwe, and I am madly in love with it, I think it looks quite good with this new t-shirt from Minusey. What do you guys think? With spring weather almost here ( yes, still not entirely in Switzerland), I want to wear more extravagant pieces with lots of colours and prints, looking foward to try out new combinations.
