ENGLISH ELEGANCE

LABYRINTH CASTLE One of the most exciting thing James and I have the chance to experience during our project trips are the amazing hotels which all provide a unique lifestyle story to enjoy and discover. This time while we were in London, we had the opportunity to stay at the St. Pancras Renaissance hotel which is actually a part of the Kings Cross train station, funny thing the famous 9 ¾ platform from Harry Potter is located there!

The hotel, or should I say castle instead, had something absolutely magical in it. Shall I mention that it felt a little haunted too? Not that I've experienced anything but it was fun to imagine old english ladies and lords ghosts walking around. For this look we went with something less street-style as you guys can, and I decided to try a new make-up! Nude eye and bold lipstick, gosh it's been ages since I didn't go without my cat eye.

It is a little strange how old british houses and hotels can make you immersed in their culture without much effort, isn't it? I was only that hotel once and felt the same way you did : )
I really like the outfit you chose for these photos, but it is weird for those of us following for some time now to see you without much eye make-up!

Honestly, I get a bit disappointed... Kayture was the first blog I discovered and I am waiting for updates each and every day. I follow it on instagram, twitter and facebook, because I loved the posts, but I am afraid that it might gets too much from Chiara Ferragni, just posting about expensive stuff happened due to her blog.
I mean, I love being informed about what you and James are doing and I am happy about your success, but I simply miss these posts about your unique style, based on your very own collector's items. So please get back to the roots and create a mix of posts about your personal style and posts about what you experienced in collaborations. No one needs what Chiara does: just wearing gifts and set us an example of how it is to be pampered by the whole world!

I love vintage style so I think that hotel-castle must be amazing!Hahaha I would like you to do me a favour, I´m going to try to explain myself haha I´m trying to start a blog with a friend and we are thinking about doing it through a internet page called BLOGSPOT (That´s the most comun web to create blogs in Spain, that´s where we are from), but we really don´t like it... I was wondering if you could tell us how you created your blog, I know that maybe I am note explaining my self very well or maybe it´s somethnig private. Anyway, thank you very much Kristina, I am a huge fan!:)

@anonymous : I respect your opinion babe, though we try to do our best to bring the most creative content possible but of course we want you guys to be as inspited and happy about Kayture as possible. It is important to understand that finding a balance is the key, which we try to do at our best as we still want to take all the opportunities that come our way and work with brands we love, I mean it's so awesome to be able to do that! Still I really pay attention writing personal texts, sharing with you guys my opinions and thoughts and I am very strict about clothing borrowing : if I don't like the pieces, I will never EVER wear them. I feel really gratefull to be able to style great designers from time to time, but always mix up with more casual labels like H&M or Zara.

Also I am very thankfull to all the brands who send me clothes sometimes, if they didn't I wonder if I would manage to post so many new and different articles ;)

I hope you guys can see our efforts to make it cool and fun to read!

Kisses

Just read through some of the comments and I absolutely disagree with the people who think your blog is just an advertisement for expensive gifts. It isn't. Your outfits are always so cohesive and well thought out and it's evident that you aren't just wearing anything an expensive brand throws your way. I love Kayture and am continually inspired by your oufits and fresh outlook on life. Keep it up :)
