I can’t even believe that I still have all these incredible pictures to share with you guys. Our trip to Barcelona feels now like years ago when it was just a tiny little month back from now… I remember the two sunny (but very cold) days we spent there at the dreamy W hotel, enjoying tapas and the incredible location we were around. That day I got inspired and just felt like wearing something more sleek, very modern yet with this subtle feminine pastel pink touch.
To be totally honest with you guys, I tend to h-a-t-e anything that screams girly. I feel like “girly” is the definition of un-researched and I would even say plain… There’s such a subtle difference between girly and feminine, romantic and preppy. The limit between girly and not girly is very hard to spot. To me it’s all about the details.
You might know that I usually never wear pink. But let’s all agree that ALL, I swear all the brands passed the word among them have decided to release a pastel collection for SS14 : pastel pinks everywhere. And you know what, as much as I think that hot pink can look very “girly”, pastel pink is such a gorgeous incredible color that can also look very modern and powerful depending on what you wear with in.
In this case, I loved bringing a little modern touch to it with the long black structured Sandro coat and Céline sunnies. I can’t be more obsessed over my mini alma from Louis Vuitton (doesn’t it look like a little candy?), Shourouk statement necklace from More Is Love and of course my very first pair of Louboutins (thanks to my dear James for this wonderful Chistmas gift!).
Wish you all a stunning sunday! We are here in Los Angeles, enjoying the most incredible time in the world. I swear, I don’t wanna leave. I love it here so much. Don’t forget to follow my updates on our social media channels such as Instagram (@kristina_bazan), Facebook or Twitter (@kayture)! x
