RESTING IN MONTPARNASSEOne of the exciting reasons James and I came in was Paris was to shoot some pictures for the News & Style section of the Zalando online and paper magazine, which I am really excited about by the way. For the occasion I had the opportunity to style three outfits out of the Zalando Collection. Since I have been at the Zalando blogger appartement in Berlin, I had a very clear vision of what looks I wanted to create, how I wanted them to look like and especially which pieces I wanted to use in order to achive my parisian oufits. This one seemed perfect to me for a relaxing day with James, simply walking in the gorgeous streets of Paris, enjoying the sun and some hot tea. It was quite difficult to choose among the collection, all the items were so gorgeous but when I saw this lovely light pink coat, ideas just came up in my head and I had the exact vision of this look.

Our hotel was located in Montparnasse, it is such a lovely place in Paris where you can find so many things. We loved discovering little brasseries, where we didn’t even go, little pastry houses, where didn’t ate, and of course shops where we didn’t buy anything. It was all about eye-pleasure, you know… Just wanted to enjoy all this beauty and get more and more out of it without touching. And who says romantic day, means a little stop at Ladurée. We went to the one on Rue Bonapart and had the best time ever, trying out different sorts of tea. Talking with a friend of ours who met us there for a cup, and of course we couldn’t leave without having some macarons.
