Keeping warm in new york

In these last couple of weeks, we’ve been coming back and forth to New York. If usually we only come in twice a year during fashion month, this time, we’ve been coming in and out for the Rita Zia project, then back again for NYFW and again a couple of days ago to attend the Alexander Wang x H&M event as well as to work on a very exciting shoot… I seriously can’t wait to tell you more about.

In fact, I actually don’t mind coming back so often. New York is truly one of the most fascinating cities out there and I have to say, each time, I rediscover it and have a new impression. There’s always a new restaurant that opens up, always a new bar or shop to discover. So many of our friends are based there, and so many great brands to work with. Flying in from L.A, it was indeed a little bit of a thermic chock. From hot sun, we switched to drastic cold in just a snap. I have to admit, by living in L.A these last couple of weeks, I almost forgot what chilly weather was actually like.

Thank god I had my super snuggly Fairly coat, which kept me extra warm during the whole day and night. There’s nothing I enjoy more than playing with statement coats and layers in fall. I’ve had my eyes on this one in particular for a while as I’ve never owned one with such a beautiful plaid print. Fairly is such a fantastic brand with so many great designs, perfect for going out, as much as comfortable do-to-day life wardrobe. I can promise, that once you get cozy in this big fluff of a coat, you’ll never be willing to take it off. Never.
